The annual New Year’s holiday is coming again. There will be a small holiday on New Year’s Day in 2022. You want to have a big meal with family but don’t want to eat out in a restaurant? Here are some recipes for easy operation:
Roast the whole chicken:
As an indispensable main dish of Chinese New Year meal, roasted whole chicken is indispensable. Choose a three-yellow chicken weighing 3~5 catties, boring it, rinse and drain the water for later use. Prepare the ingredients: appropriate amount of salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, abalone sauce, barbecue powder, light soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder. Mix these seasonings in a small bowl and mix them evenly for later use.
1.Rinsed and patted dry with paper towels ,Combine the above ingredients in a small bowl,coated the whole chicken evenly with the mixture.
2.Place chicken into a sealed bag and refrigerate for at least three hours.If want more flavor ,Take out the chicken to re-coated the mixture each hour.
3.Change the normal cooking grid into chicken tray ,Take out the whole chicken into the BBQ chicken tray.
1.Turn on the gas stove switch,In the first 20 minutes ,Open top airvent totally to raise the temperature up to 200℃.
2.Brush the mixture sauce again,Put the whole chicken into the tray.Turn the top airvent to 1/4 level .Roast for about 45 minutes.
3.Again brush the mixture sauce,Then coated with honey.
4.Open the airvent totally ,Roast for about 20 minutes .( This is for dry the water of the chicken surface,Make it Crispy with tender )
5.Turn off the switch .( Recommend to wait 5 minutes before serving )
Food material: Pizza base,cheese,ketchup,oregano,onion,green pepper,pork,shrimps
- Prepare the pizza base in advance
- Take out the cooking grid,wrap it with double foil ,The cooking grid with edge raised side placed upwards
- Put the pizza base onto the cooking grid,adding food material and cheese on.
- Turn on the gas stove switch,Temperature shall always controlled within 125°C ,If over 140°C, turn off the switch to cool down to 125°C ,then turn on to continue.
- Baking for 25 minutes.
For first time using the product, The cooking time can be marked on the following list：
- Turn on the gas stove,Open the top airvent totally
- When the temperature rise up to 125°C,Put the pizza on the second cooking grid layer,Open the air vent to 1/4 level
- Turn off the switch ( Recommend to wait 10 minutes before serving )
Ingredients: 400g high-gluten flour, 2 eggs, 6g yeast, 30g sugar, 180g milk, 30g butter, 8g salt.
First put the flour, eggs, sugar, milk and yeast into the container and stir. After stirring, add salt and butter so continue to stir and knead. Knead for about 20 minutes, cover the dough with plastic wrap, and let the dough relax for 15 minutes. Continue to knead the dough, and then roll it into a rectangle with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Divide the rectangle into long isosceles triangles, roll up from the wide side of the triangle to the sharp corners of the triangle, and then roll it into the shape of a horn. The dough are fermented to twice the size, brushed with egg liquid (the egg liquid can make the toasted bread golden in color). Then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put it into the baking tray, then move it into the kamado grill, cover the lid.Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.Open the airvent to the maximum during the baking process. Turn over the bread to avoid burnt.
