Roast pork trotter–step by step
Step 1: After boiling for 90 minutes, remove the pig’s trotter from the hot water, cut the skin horizontally and sprinkle with salt and cumin, rub it with a layer of oil on the surface. Marinate for half an hour, it will quickly bring the seasoning into the meat.
