Food Material:

A whole chicken

Ingredients:

Papper,Salt,scallion,garlic bulb,ginger,oyster sauce,barbecue sauce,soy sauce,dark soy sauce,rice wine,spice powder,honey

Preparation:

  1. Rinsed and patted dry with paper towels ,Combine the above ingredients in a small bowl,coated the whole chicken evenly with the mixture.
  2. Place chicken into a sealed bag and refrigerate for at least three hours.Take out the chicken to re-coated the mixture each hour.
  3. Change the normal cooking grid into chicken tray ,Take out the whole chicken into the BBQ chicken tray.
  4. Cooking temperature shall always controlled within 125°C-150°C ,If over 150°C, turn off the switch to cool down,then turn on to continue.
  5. 80 mins is needed for roasting whole chicken.
