A whole chicken
Papper,Salt,scallion,garlic bulb,ginger,oyster sauce,barbecue sauce,soy sauce,dark soy sauce,rice wine,spice powder,honey
- Rinsed and patted dry with paper towels ,Combine the above ingredients in a small bowl,coated the whole chicken evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken into a sealed bag and refrigerate for at least three hours.Take out the chicken to re-coated the mixture each hour.
- Change the normal cooking grid into chicken tray ,Take out the whole chicken into the BBQ chicken tray.
- Cooking temperature shall always controlled within 125°C-150°C ,If over 150°C, turn off the switch to cool down,then turn on to continue.
- 80 mins is needed for roasting whole chicken.
