Food Material:

4.5LB pork belly


pepper,salt,ginger,scallion,garlic,soy sauce,dark soy sauce,rice wine,spice powder.


  1. Rinsed and patted dry with paper towels,burn the pig skin for a while getting for a good taste.
  2. Slice the pork and keep the whole lump pork with skin connected,cut off the too fat meat,it will be convenient for marinading and rolling.
  3. Combine the above ingredients in a small bowl,Coated the whole pork belly evenly with the mixture .Marinade for 1~3 hours.
  4. After marinade,Roll the pork belly into cylinder,Tie it with cotton rope.
  5. Poke several small holes on the pig skin surface,in case the pork break apart during roasting.
  6. Put the pork on the second cooking grid,Roasting in 130°C for 120 minutes.
  7. The cooking time is just for recommend, Cooking time and the ingredients can be abjusted as personal preference.
