Tips for cleaning the kamado

  1. Dishwashing liquid, this is also the most commonly used method. Mix the detergent and water in a ratio of 1:10. If there is more oil in the bakeware, you can increase the concentration . Spray the detergent solution on the grill pan and grilling grid accessories, then use the wire ball to wipe and clean. If it is a non-stick coating type , do not use a wire ball to scrub, otherwise the non-stick coating will be scraped off and lost Non-stick function. You can use a sponge cleaning cloth to gently wipe clean, and then wipe with a dry cleaning cloth.
  2. Baking soda. Baking soda is recognized as a good thing for degreasing and deodorizing. It is used to clean the kamado. It also needs to be mixed with water to make a thicker state. Spread it evenly on the grill pan accessories, leave it for a while, and then use water to clean it well, wipe it with a dry cleaning cloth. This type of cleaner is generally used to clean some sugar gum components that have penetrated from the sweet potato barbecue;

3.White vinegar. White vinegar is a regular seasoning product at home, and it has a strong ability to remove oil. Blend the white vinegar with water in a ratio of 1:1, then put it into a spray bottle, and then spray it on the surface to be wiped. After a few seconds, you can start cleaning.
