The
production of a Kamado Ceramic Grill
requires nearly 20 processes to be completed. During the manufacturing process,
at least 3 quality inspections are required to ensure that the products are
intact. Let me give you a simple and clear introduction by seeing these 20
processes simplified into 10 steps.
Different ceramic raw
materials are mixed and stirred by mechanical equipment according to a certain
ratio and water to make the mud required for the production of Kamado.
Our kiln is a
fully-automatically controlled natural gas kiln with precise temperature and
very small temperature difference, so we guarantee the high quality and high
pass rate of our Kamado.
5.Preparation work before glazing of Kamado ceramic body
Before
glazing, the Kamado ceramic body also needs to be inspected and trimmed to
ensure the quality of the product.
Carefully check the
ceramic parts and glazed parts of each Kamado ceramic body, and replace the
defective kamado ceramic body in time to ensure that the perfect kamado is
delivered to the customer.
Before
the Kamado packaging, check the quality again to make sure that the packaging
is correct. Finally, our Kamado is delivered to the customer on time.
